BlueMeg was founded in 2017 with the aim of radically transforming the global corporate services industry. Our integrated software solution empowers companies to transact and interact efficiently on the cloud, eliminating the paper-heavy execution of entity management and governance. Our jurisdiction-agnostic entity management and governance SaaS has product-market fit across multiple jurisdictions, supporting legal entities in more than 20 countries and a user base that spans over 70 countries.

We currently have more than 40 white-label partners, from small single-jurisdiction accounting firms to Asia’s leading business-expansion specialist, whose 50,000+ clients include 2,000 publicly listed companies in Asia that make up 40% of the Fortune Global 500.

BlueMeg was founded by JP, Paul,

May 2018

An MVP of the Console was launched with a pilot of 100 companies

October 2019

BlueMeg began offering the Console to corporate services providers and professional firms primarily in Singapore and Hong Kong

December 2020

BlueMeg registered 350% YoY sales growth amid the Covid-19 pandemic

February 2021

BlueMeg launched the Xero integration

April 2021

BlueMeg became an approved technology vendor under the Singapore Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) scheme, enabling eligible clients to save up to 80% when subscribing to the Console

September 2021

BlueMeg was adopted as the underlying technology of Tricor Red, Tricor Group’s new online client platform

December 2021

BlueMeg launched the integration with Singapore’s Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) for submitting Annual Returns

November 2022

The Azelis Group, one of Belgium's fastest growing, listed companies with operations in over 70 countries selected BlueMeg to digitise and automate their global governance processes.

February 2023

BlueMeg executed a multi-year, multi-jurisdictional agreement to support Acclime, Asia's fastest growing Corporate service firm, to accelerate its digital transformation program across Asia Pacific.
